Could The Lump At The Back Of Head Be The Cause Of Headaches, Lightheadedness And Tiredness?

Hi, I have been experiencing headaches and light headedness and have been feeling tired easily and sleepiness and a weird feeling, and i just found this tiny lump at the back of my head, to the right, towards the bottom just above where the curve would start. And i realized that it hurts when i touch it, and well even after i touch it and remove my hand. i tried looking at it by reflecting a mirror onto the mirror but i didn t see it, well i thought i saw that area slightly red. i don t know whether to freak out or not. or whether to wait or not. this has been going on for about 2-3 days only.

Hi there, a lump at the parieto-occipital region of scalp is more likely due to infection of hair follicle, which is unlikely to cause symptoms that you have mentioned. So there is no need to panic due to it. nevertheless I suggest you to visit a physician and get evaluated clinically and also get few investigations done and if necessary the doctor wil prescribe few medicines. Hence I suggest you to stay calm and visit a physician for further course of action.
