Could The Extreme Swelling In Toe After An Injury Be An Indication Of Thrombosis?

Hello, I broke my toe last week on Friday. As I did it several times, I knew I have to tie it to the other toe, and things will be fine. It was a great blue bruce on it. Things were fine but on Monday the top of my foot started to feel pain. The pain is getting worse and it started to get swollen. Could it be a tromboses? It feels like it is going to pop as the skin streches from being swollen.
