Could The Bruise And Pain While Coughing Be Due To Fractured Rib Cage?

Leaning over washing machine to check on hose. Missed the step stool and slid down front hitting my right side on the control panel knobs. It caused excruciating pain at time and it hasn't subsided for 5 days. Slight yellow bruise on rib cage. Hurts to cough and sneeze. Can't sleep and hard to bend. A lot of pain. Could I have fractured a rib or rib head out of place? Back hurts as well.

yougothit on chest and got bluntinjury. should get examined by doctor by aucultation and palpation. for yellow bruise can apply betadine lotion. can take combiflam tablet after food for 5days.frecture of rib can be clinicaly examined or x-ray can be taken. if fractured rib are under apposition then stapping can be done by broad leucoplast if one fractured end can pierce the lungs thenbe reduced by weiring.
