Could Testicular Injury Affect Fertility?
Dear sir,
I was once hit by a stone on my testis during school days when one fellow throwed stone it hitted my testis and felt severe pain and after some times pain gone ,it occured 13 years ago now i don't have pain or discomfort ,will this incident affect my fertility ?

I really appreciate concern, if the injury was bad and caused the internal structure destruction then this may affect the semen production, in my opinion to clear the doubt better to get done the investigation and this includes imaging study and biopsy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice a day.
