Could Teeth Implants Lead To Pain In The Roof Of Mouth?

Hi
I have pain in the roof of my mouth, mainly middle and slightly on the right and also difficulty in swallowing sometimes. I have 3 teeth implants - the last one was done in September 2011
I also had a deviated septum nose operation in September 2010. Thank you.
