Could Swelling In Feet Of A Diabetic And Hypertensive Be Due To Lisinopril?

My husband is a diabetic and was admitted to the hospital for high blood sugars they gave him iv;s of saline but they were giving him too much lisinopril for his blood pressure and his legs and feet swelled really bad was it because of the IV s or the lisinopril

I really appreciate your concern, swelling of lower limb are not due to medicine but this could be due to disease condition it self, some time could be cardio vascular reason, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
