Could Spotting During Sixth Week Of Pregnancy Be A Matter Of Concern?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and started spotting Thursday morning, I went to my obgyn and they said everything was fine but wants to do another ultrasound thursday. However I am still bleeding and it has gotten worse on 3 occasions but only for about 10-30 mins then gets really light again. Should I go to the er

Spotting during early weeks of pregnancy is sometimes due to trivial causes where there is no harm to the fetus.
Sometimes it indicates a process of abortion.
As you have already consulted the doctor and got assured Do not worry..Wait for the scan..
Meanwhile take absolute bed rest.Do not do any strenuous work even like bending down etc.,
Take the medicines as prescribed..
In case if you are gtting severe pain and passing clots consult the doctor..
