Could Small Lump On Palatopharyngeal Arch Be Pre Cancerous Growth?

I ve had a small flesh-colored lump on the left side of my palatopharyngeal arch. it s about 4-5mm in diameter. it s been there for about 3-4 weeks. and also have low-level aching on the same side, but I m not sure if it s my tonsil or the small lump. is this possibly a pre-cancerous growth? Also have been having aching pain in my neck muscle and pain in my left ear. I m 36, male, non smoker and no alcohol use. thanks in advance

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, not his is not cancerous but this could be some kind of nonspecific appearance, if this does not cause any clinical symptoms then just forget about this, even if you want to clear the doubt then clinical examination is the only option you have, hope this information helps, take care.
