Hello,
You had routine urine test done. It shows pus cells which is commonly due to inflammation of the
urinary tract, it can be due to various medical conditions like stone, tumor,
nephritis, etc. Elevated albumen level is indicative of kidney disease and hence you are experiencing
severe pain in the kidney area. Infection in the urinary tract, bladder, prostrate, kidney may cause appearance of RBC in the urine.
You are suggested to get urine sensitivity-culture done so that pathology is detected. You should get clinically examined by a
Nephrologist and get X-ray, CT, MRI done to detect the factor causing severe
kidney pain. You will be treated accordingly. You are suggested to take analgesics or NSAIDS, one SOS after food to get relieve from pain. Stay well hydrated, take plenty of water.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
