Could Severe Mood Swings Along With Stiffness In Joints Be Premenopausal Symptoms?

I have major fatigue, I feel like it is a struggle to keep myself awake during the day, feel lethargic. I have just started exercising again in hopes that will help but I feel like someone is holding their hand over my face and I can't breath. I have factor 2 and had PE a couple years ago. I have gained 40 lbs. since then, I have angry emotional outbursts, I can hear my heart beat in my ear....has been going on for about 6 months. Went to docotor but he didn't see anything. I am really stiff and sore in my joints especially after sitting or when I get up in the morning. I get achey feeling. I have been trying to figure out how to make this better without much luck from my doctor. Could I have a food allergy.... I know my OB/GYN says I have PMS syndrome, I was reading the about it and saw the PMDD with the angry outbursts. I have been taking fluxotene....I am not really consistant with taking it lately....could that be causing some of my problems.
