Could Severe Gas With Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea Be Food Poisoning?

Hi,

I ate some food in a hotel. After around 2 hours it firstly gave me very bad gas followed by stomach cramps and bad diarohhea.

However I also have a temp of 37.6 degrees and feel flushed. Is this high temperature because of the food poisoning?
