Could Room Temperature Of 133 To 150 Degree Effect Health Of Children?

Hi. We are currently in an apartment and have been complaining that the front of the oven on the outside is getting too hot. They say it's normal but we had the outside temperature tested and it ranges between 133 degrees and 150 degrees when the oven is on. We have a 3 and a one year old. Can these temperatures cause a bad burn? Seems ridiculous that they think this is normal. Thanks

Tell me wheather it is in degree or farenheit.

Yes it may cause heat stroke.
