Could Reduction In Appetite And Sleeping Disorders Be Related To Bladder Infection?

For a couple of months i have been noticing significant changes in my appetite and sleeping habits. I am not able to eat because i feel constantly full. When i try to eat i just start to feel nausea. I have not been able to sleep till about 2:00 am the earliest. When i lay down traumatic memories come into my head and it takes a while to get rid of them. In the past week i have thrown up after every meal. I went to the doctors and they said everything is fine. My blood sugar is great and they think it may be a bladder infection. This does not make any sense at all. What could be wrong with me?

Urologist 's  Response
Do u have burning sensation during urination or increased frequency of urination or urgency. If not then bladder infection is unlikely. Go for urine routine and culture to rule out urine infection. Diabetes only increases the chances of aquiring bladder infection, but it does not cause infection.
sleep disturbance and decreased appetite could be related to ur traumatic memories, anxiety, work habit, or gastritis. If u have bladder infection, u may have sleep disturbance owing to pain lower abdomen or frequent urination at night.
