Could Recurring Lightheadedness Indicate BP Issues?

A week ago I was unable to sleep a got a text message and got out of bed quickly to check it as I got to my phone 4 or 5 steps I got light headed and passed out. I was out only for 15 to 20 seconds i think but I woke up on the floor. Since then I have been getting light headed at times when standing I wondered if this is blood pressure related or possible dehydration.

thanks for your query.
As per your symptoms I want to say that there are few investigations that you need to undergo.
kindly get your blood pressure monitored, also get an EEG done too as it may be an epileptic episodes too. kindly mention whether you remember what happened after you gained consciousness. Do you remember any thing about ur unconscious episode?.Also get an Ecg done too to monitor your heart activity.Do get your blood sugar done also.Sometimes episodes of unconsciousness also happens in few cases of cervical spondylitis.
Take a capsule of pregabalin and methylcobalamin
All in all you have to consult any neurologist as cardiologist.
god bless
