Could Purple Colored Face At The Time Of Death Be Due To Heart Attack?
How can you tell if a person died from a heart attack? I had a friend who was 70 yrs old and had stroke for over 15yrs when she died she was laying sideways on her tummy and he rmouth was open and twisted and her fist were clenched. Also her face and fist were dark purple in color however her the rest of her body was white.

The exact cause of death can be determined by postmortem of the dead body. However the blue color of the face was probably due to lack of oxygen to the face.
