Could Positive Pregnancy Test Result Be Caused Due To History Of Dysplasia?

Hi I had my tubes tied 14 yrs ago and have had 4 csections. A few days ago I started having nausea and breast tenderness, so I took a pg test which showed positive. I also went threw mild dysplasia in 1998, could my positive result be the dysplasia back?

better to take obgy opinion and get usg abdomen done. it is difficult to commend. repeat pregnancy test
