Could Persistent Diarrhoea Be A Matter Of Concern?

I ve have diarrhea for about 72 hours. The first 24 hours were the worst, it was very watery and I felt weak. 72 hours later I am not going as much and I m able to keep a little down for a little longer. And it is more solid. Should I be concerned if this continues? Should I make an appointment with my primary doctor?

HI
Well come to HCM
Most of the diarrhea are self limiting and does not need any treatment but of course the hydration would be matter of concern, else no need to have any medicine unless condition or symptoms are suggestive of some infection then and then this need to be treated and best option would be Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, take care.
