Could Painful, Red And Swollen Knee Post A Fall Be Cellulitis?

Hello, I fell on my knee 4 weeks ago nothing major then just soreness. Now hot and red going down my leg with some redness in my leg. My GP diagnoses is celulitis, I think she is saying that since I have had celulitis several times since I had my knees replaced. I think it is my knee, very painful to touch, red and swollen. She wants to see me again on Monday. She did give me an antibiotic, but I m not sure I can wait! What should I do?

Hi dear. I am your physician, have gone through your case very carefully and I have vast experience in such cases as yours. In my expert opinion it can be cellulitis because your history and symptoms show its so. So take antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
It will go away with proper treatment.
Hope i helped you
