Could Pain In Right Leg And Hip Be Due To Posture?

i bought a new suv car recently and have not been able to adjust car seat correctly. my right leg and right hip pain as a result of me using the accelerator. the new suv has all the possible adjustments and power buttons but am not able to get the optimal position. is there something wrong with my legs?

I really appreciate your concern, due poor posture particularly when you are in driving seat so this could cause such pain, try to maintain good posture even after all the adjustment made, hope this information helps, nothing is wrong with your leg, take care.
