Could On And Off Tingling, Itchy Rashes Indicate Hives?

Have broken out in a rash off and on, recently. Have had several family members pass away with the last year. Most recent was my youngest son. my skin feels like it s tingling, and itches sometimes. It tend to go away and come back. Feels better in cooler temperatures. Is it hives, from my stress? How can I keep it at Bay?
