Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
It appears that you are worried unnecessarily .
HIV will not spread through such non-penetrative means like touching, shaking hands, drinking from same glass and sharing clothes.
HIV is not known to spread through body fluids with saliva, sweat, tears, urine or feces.
Hence, just by body contact during massage does not transmit HIV.
In case you have come in contact with genital secretions between yours and hers even though it is non-penetrative one, there is a risk of spread of HIV.
Hope the information provided is clear.
All the best.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Definitely NO. HIV is spread mainly by having sex or sharing injection drug equipment such as needles with someone who has HIV. Only certain fluids—blood, semen (cum), pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum), rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast milk —from an HIV-infected person can transmit HIV. In that sense, you have nothing to worry about having HIV. Be reassured.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck. Take care.
