Could Nausea, Vomiting And Chills Caused Due To Shingles Be Related To Pelvic Stone?

Just recovered from shingle (only had one - left temple) one week before shingle, had chills...prior to that , I was sick , had nausia, vomiting and fever and chills..doctor found right hemipelvic stone which she did not feel caused the symptoms that I had. Was out of work one week with the shingle and taking Acyclovir....back to work yesterday and still having some chills.

Renal stones can be associated with urinary tract infection,and acyclovir tablets needs to be taken with plenty of water as it is excreted via kidneys. it could be better to get urine routine analysis done if chills is present .
