Could Nausea, Sore Nipples, Back Pain And Light Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi,I had symptoms of pregnancy,nausea,sore nipples,back pain,lower abdominal pains which goes to my right leg,my periods were 2 days late and when they came they were not that heavy cause I could use 1pad and it will not be full,my periods last 2-3 days,on the 3rd day I got pink watery blood and I got cramps and a running stomach which I normally get in the beginning of my periods,do you think I m pregnant cause I had sex on my most fertile day and I m not using any kind of contrasptive only the pull out method

Thank you for asking at HCM.
I understand your concern. Symptoms you prescribe may indicate pregnancy but happen also with periods. If you had a bleeding even though it was light probably you are had a period but you need to make sure you are not pregnant by having a urinary pregnancy test. Sometimes women may get some bleeding in the beginning of pregnancy that they interpret as periods so having the test is helpful to make the difference between a light period or pregnancy.
