Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nausea and increased sleepiness are not only due to pregnancy.
Nausea can occur in motion sickness, medication, intense pain, stress, excess amount of alcohol, neurological cause, etc.
Early pregnancy also causes nausea but there are many other causes for it.
Pregnancy can be tested by urine pregnancy test.
In case the urine pregnancy test is negative, other causes should be considered.
Excessive alcohol consumption can also cause nausea so avoid excess amounts of alcohol.

Thanks and take care
