Could Metastatic Lesion In Spleen Be Malignant?
Sir I had testicular seminoma operated on 13 feb 14. My pet CT was done on 14 march 14. It shows metastatic lesson in spleen of size 17*15mm , for which I received chemotherapy (4 cycle of BEP). After chemotherapy PET CT was done again , still it was lesson of 11*10mm. My docter were quiet sure that speenic lesson is non cancer, so they left me on watch. After 6 month in Jan 15 PET CT was done again, lesson is still there. FNAC is risky. I am concerned about what it is if not cancer. Please guide me to other problems in spleen. I have no enlargement in spleen and no pain. Thank you
