Could Light Bleeding And Frequent Urination Be Indication Of UTI?

Hi, I keep having the feeling that I have to go to the bathroom and it is irritating. When I do go, it s not much at all. I just ended my period over a week ago, but when i wipe it is like a light light reddish color. Could this be a UTI or something different? The fact that it s light red is worrying me

Blood in urine and burning sensation at urination that may be because of urinary tract infection.

In kidney stone cause frequente urine and blood in urine may present.
Sonography is helpful for diagnose.

Kidney infection may cause blood in urine problems.
Any kidney disease like glomerulonephtitis may cause blood in urine.

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Urine test and urine macroscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
