I missed my period by almost 2 weeks. I cramped.for a days then it went away...later one I had brown discharge a very little amount..and only when I wipe only one time I spotted on my underwear. Another thing..I'm on birth control but I missed a few days

Irregular taking of birth control pill always has greater chance of pregnancy. You should undergo one home pregnancy test at the earliest.
On negative test, endometrial tissue/ old blood, hormonal imbalance, vaginal infection, over wt, stress etc may cause late period with brown discharge. Kindly, consult with your doctor after undergoing the test.
