Could I Be Pregnant As I Have Abdominal Cramp And Light Bleeding?

Hey. Last month my period started on the 17th about a week before my period was due this month, i experienced cramping in the lower abdominal region and couldnt tolerate sleeping on my stomach. I also couldnt stand the smell of some foods such as pizza and chicken, i would sleep off and on during the day and never felt rested. i started my period on the 14th of this month but it is extremely lighter than normal. could i be pregnant?

Your symptoms suggest conception & they seem to be due to implantation bleeding.
Please get it confirmed by home pregnancy test after one week of periods.
