HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Telma H is a combination of 40 mg of Telmisartan and 12.5 mg of Hydrochlorthiazide while Telma 20 is just 20mg of Telmisartan. Obviously a great reduction in your BP medication has been made .

The response to this reduction will be elevation in your BP, but how much your BP elevates is the question. You have mentioned that your BP is slightly elevated , I need to know the exact numbers and when it was checked . Because feeling dull could be due to elevation of BP itself.

If your BP is elevated too much on repeated reading then your medication should be switched back to Telma H.

Hope this information is useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.
