Could Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Be Due To Endometriosis?

Hi, I have polysystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis. I was diagnosed in 1991. I had several laproscopic surgeries to remove the scar tissue from the endometriosis because of pain. I started developing fibroids in my uterus in 2002. I had them removed and they returned in 2005. I was advised that I had to have a partial hysterectomy. My uterus was removed but after seeing abnormalities in my cervix it was taken as well. I have been having alot of pain in my lower left side. The pain is bad enough to double me over. Does the endometriosis continue to bleed since I still have my ovaries? Or what could be going on? I appreciate your help.
