Could Heavy Alcohol Intake In The Past Cause Liver Disease?

Hello, I drank extremely heavily for 3 years or so. It started off being 3 days a week for a year with about 7 beers each time I drank. The second year was about a couple and a half of vodka 3 days a week. The third year was about the same every day of the week. I was 18 and weighed 135 pounds when I started. I am now 21 and weigh 127 pounds. I eat healthy, and I only drink once or twice a week now, about four shots each time. I was wondering how likely it is that I have liver disease. I know it is hard to say and can not be determined without tests, but I just want an approximate statistic. I have no other issues other than asthma and take no medications. I will get tested tomorrow for liver disease. Also, this past summer I did get tested and they said I was fine. How likely is it that I am not now, and is cirrhosis the only irreversibly form of liver disease caused by alcohol?
