Could Headaches, Food Cravings And Frequent Urination With Short Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I have been having headaches, food cravings, and frequent urinating. The urinating wakes me up during the night. I have just now started experiencing nausea. I had my period, but it only lasted 3 days. My periods usually last 5 to 6 days. I am sexually active. I have been told that there is no possible way to have a period when you re pregnant, but my mom had her period while pregnant with me until all of her hormones were under control. Do you think I could be pregnant?
