Could Headache, Head Pressure And Tingling In Head Be Due To High BP?

Hi, I am a 26 year old female who is 5'9, 180lbs, a rather healthy active individual, with no past medical history. I have been having a head ache for the past week, no changes, no sinus pain, the same foods and activities, no stress. I took my bp a couple days ago and it was 146/96, I went to my primary care today and it was 144/100. Could this be contributing to my headache, head pressure, and tingling in the left side of my head?

It seems from the history that you are having symptoms of headache, head pressure and tingling in the head. All these symptoms can be because of elevated blood pressure. Since in your case the blood pressure is high this requires proper evaluation and treatment by the use of anti-hypertensive drugs.
