Could Having Sinus And Goiter Cause Nosebleed While Sneezing?

i have a sinus diagnosed by a doctor but it s not too chronic, yet. then i stopped taking a few medicines becaude it ran out and just used the antibiotic. i also got a goitre. these days, if i sneeze too hard i would nosebleed, or even if i dont sneeze too hard theres blood on the mucus. im afraid its because of infection... what should i do? is it cuased by my sinus or goitre or what? i m 15 years old. how to stop and cure these diseases?

I understand your concern.
Goitre is not known to be associated with nose bleeding.
Any cause leading to nasal congestion like infection of sinuses or allergic reactions of nose is known to be associated with nasal bleeding.
If sinus infection is the cause of nose bleed in your case, you need to be appropriately treated for it by taking nasal decongestants and antibiotic course.
Kindly consult ENT specialist in this regard for appropriate management.
