Hello,

Fullness and pain in right side of abdomen can be due to organomegaly. I suggest you to consult a surgeon for clinical assessment and ultrasound abdomen to assess the underlying organs.

In case, there is organomegaly, the cause for organ enlargement needs to be determined and thus managed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri
