Could Hard Lump Behind The Ear Be Due To Psoriasis?

I have a doctor s appointment in a couple of weeks in order to treat some scalp psoriasis that has spread behind my ears and down the back of my neck. The one ear that seems to be taking the brunt of it also looks swollen behind the ear and there is a hard lump on the bone. Is that normal? I have no idea if this lump was caused by the psoriasis or not because I generally don t look behind my ears. I know about swollen lymphnodes but I m getting nervous about the fact that it doesn t seem to be going away and it s a pretty hard lump. Any info you can provide would be great. Not sure if I should push to see my Dr. sooner than later.
