Hi,

Grafeel injection is given generally after chemotherapy, radiotherapy, organ transplantation etc., to minimize the chances of infections by stimulating the production of white blood cells. There is no study to prove that, it may cause high sugar or kidney failure. However, there is a word of caution that this medicine should be avoided in patients of kidney dysfunction or used cautiously in such patients as there are more chances of developing glomerulonephritis with the use of this drug.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
