My husband has the following: Frequent bouts of diarrhea for months, now almost every time he eats; Very weak; Trouble sleeping even with C-PAP; goes to sleep almost every time he sits down; trouble breathing; losing weight in parts of his body but stomach is larger and fairly hard; feet and ankles are swollen- no indention for ankles at all. He is diabetic and has A-Fib. Takes Metformin -4 tabs daily. Could he be having a build up of Metformin?
