Could Frequent And Decreased Urination Be Due To Asymmetry Of Prostate Gland?

I was seen by a doctor last week and she noticed my prostate gland was a bit asymmetrical. My PSA was normal for my age but I am experiencing low volume urination even though drinking what I think to be enough water. Also sometimes frequent urination. What do you think?
