Hello there,
I had been taking the Nuvaring for about 5 years. Not yet one year into taking it I noticed an increased amount of cellulite, especially on thighs and my rear end, but even on my calves, a place where I hadn't even thought I could HAVE cellulite. Back then, I attributed it to a normal aging process.
Anyway, now I've been off the Nuvaring for about 3 months and just today, I've noticed that there really is a huge difference on my thighs and backside – definitely less bumps and a smoother skin. Despite me being less active now because of a very stressful work situation.
so my question – is that "normal". Can it actually be attributed to the hormones in Nuvaring? The oestragen?
Not that my life depends on it, I just haven't really found any "real" information (statistics, research...) online on that topic.
Thanks!
