Could Fluctuating Fever In A Child Indicate Recurred Bacterial Pneumonia?

My 4 year old daughter has had a temp all day today. It comes down when I give her tylenol, but after the 4 hours it goes back up. Right now she is at 101. She has no other symptoms. She does have a history of bacterial pneumonia, has had it 5 times. Should I take her to the doctor?
