Could Fever And Nausea Be Connected To Pain In Ovary?

i am 44 years old have a fever and have been nauseus all day. i would think it is a virus but i have been experiencing sharp pain on and off all day on my right ovary - i hae had endo for years but it has been under control. is it possible the fever and nausea are conected to the ovary pain?

Well come to HCM
Looking to the history given here I could say that this could be due to urinary tract infection and not because of the ovaries, it is advisable to get done the urine analysis, till then condition can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen and Dicyclomine" three times in day, drink more water, for the nausea "Tab Domperidone 30 mg" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
