Could eating to much protein do something to the stomach or make you gassy? I eat really good and try to have as less carbs as I can but lately I've been kind of cheating..... I'm so bloated and don't know why... I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Been bloated for about a week or two bow
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe you are on low carbohydrate diet. And eating more of proteins. It appears that you are deficient of the protease enzyme, in the stomach, to be sufficient to digest the proteins. or there could be some infection in the intestines. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms enzyme preparations, ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprazole, domperidone, and lactic acid bacilli. And advise to take more of water. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
