Could Delayed Periods And Gas In Lower Belly Be Indicative Of Pregnancy, Have One Of My Tubes Tied?

i have one tied tube and one not. I missed my period for almost 3 months. have no signs of anything. Actually feel better than before. I have taken at least 11 test and 3 of them were first negative. I feel what could be gas or kicks on the lower part of my belly. is it possible that I could be pregnant.

Hi.You can be pregnant with one tube tied and second one ok.Get a scan done to confirm everything. However, you cannot feel kicks before 18 weeks or so.
