Could Constant Pain In Chest Be Due To Cipralex?

I have been on cypralex almost three weeks. I had started to get chest pains this morning and have almost been constant all day (10hours). It isnt excrutiating pain but its enough that im worried. Should i try to get the medication switched or should i be worried?
