Could Clear Vaginal Discharge During Third Trimester Be Amniotic Fluid?

Hi I m 35 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I always feel wet down by my vagina im going through panty liners a lot and I ll go to the bathroom just to wipe its a clear color and im not sure if it s just urine or my water breaking. I ve been short of breath and my stomach has been tightening up for about 45 seconds every 20 min or so but they don t always hurt. Should I be concerned?

It could be amniotic fluid. It could be vaginal secretions too, which is a non serious. But amniotic fluid leak is very serious condition. Tightness in uterus is due to contraction, which is common in last phase of pregnancy. It could be reason behind amniotic fluid leak.

Dear, you should visit your doctor immediately without any hesitation. You are in last week of pregnancy so Leakage of amniotic fluid can lead to infections and decrease fluid around baby will harm baby too.
