Could Body Changes Despite A Ovarian Cyst Be A Pregnancy?

I am emotional, and i thank I may be pregnant everything always makes me cry and I cant get enough of having sex with my partner. I am sad one minute happy the next. yet I am supposed to be unfertile caused by ovarion cist yet i feel a change in me and my body.

You can have a pregnancy though you have an ovarion cyst. It depends on ovarian cyst type.
I think you should take care of your emotional mood. During pregnancy, you may have emotional changes but this is not the primary sign.
