Could Blood In Stools Be Related To Razor Like Cut?

My fiancé has had a lot of blood in his stools and he feels lightheaded. And had pushed the rim of a cup against his foot and it looked like he was cut by a razor. He did the same to me and nothing showed up. I don t know if these are related but I don t know what could be wrong.

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
These are not related but her blood in stool should be evaluated more detailed since it may be sign of hemorrhoids or fissure but also some more serious conditions should be considered and evaluated so colonoscopy may be necessary. SHe should soften stool and have sitz baths till that.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
