Could Bad Pain In Lower Abdomen After Hitting Lower Back Onto Concrete Due To Fall Be Just Bruise?
i slipped over and hit my lower back onto concrete and my head, since that 2 days ago i now have bad pains in my lower abdomen and if i try get up or get off the chair i have to do so in a side-ward/ rolling motion rather than normally getting up forward facing... should i get myself checked at gp or is it just bruising related?
Hi, You had trauma over spine region and following that you are having pain , restricted painful movement But you forgot to mention abut any loss of sensation or movement , bowel bladder involvement . So there may be having soft tissue injury or may have some bony injury as well. So u need a proper clinical evaluation including neurological status and accordingly need investigation like Xray of spine whole length in at least two views , CT scan , n MRI ALSO USG whole abdomen to evaluate and treated according to the diagnosis . So visit orthopaedic hospital esp spinal injury center (if available ) and befor that take analgesic (NSAID) , muscle relaxant , PPI ; apply spinal support belt , ambulation in log rolling technique .
Hope this ll help
