Could Anti-hbs Cut-off Value Vary From Person To Person?

Hi! i would want to know if the cut-off value of ANTI-HBS varry from one person to another? Hope you can advise me. I am 25yrs old now, female, single. ANTI HBS - 0.705 cut-off value: 0.415 interpretation: reactive while my friend has the following result: (single, female, 26 yrs. old) ANTI HBS - 0.610 cut-off value: 0.709 interpretation: non-reactive

Anti HBS levels would be same in all the persons. It would be the method of determining the levels which would vary the standards cut off value and Interpretation.
